When an agent on RESAAS responds to your lead, RESAAS will send you two notifications:
- Via email:
- Click on View Response
You will be directed to the lead where the agent’s response will appear. Make sure you are logged into your account to be directed to this page.
- Via in-platform notifications:
The in-platform notifications will appear in the top right corner of your navigation tool bar (see image above).
Click the bell icon to show a drop down menu of all your notifications including responses to your leads.
To view, select the Lead response.
