Have you wanted a tool to produce an email marketing campaign to find out what your client needs are? Use shareCRM to do this and stay ahead of the game by getting input from clients asking their opinions and interests in a short survey. Track responses on shareCRM to organize the feedback you have received. This is an all-in-one tool that helps you engage your clients and figure out what their interests and opinions are on properties that will potentially help you with a future sale.

To utilize shareCRM to its fullest, follow the instructions below.


To send an email campaign:

  1. Find an image or listing you want to send in a shareCRM email campaign
  2. Click the shareCRM button on the right corner of the image


  3. Enter the email addresses of the clients you wish to reach, separate email by commas if adding multiple users
  4. Fill in the required fields including: welcome message, question you wish to ask and the A/B answers


  5. Click Preview to see what the campaign will look like prior to sending
  6. Select Send to send it off to your clients



    Once your clients respond you can check out their answers from your
    shareCRM dashboard:

  1. Click on your name along the right side of the top navigation bar and then click My dashboard


  2. Click shareCRM located at the top of the page
  3. Click on the campaign you wish to view


  4. View each individual client and their responses
