This is an all-in-one tool that helps you engage your clients and figure out what their interests and opinions are on properties that will potentially help you with a future sale.
To utilize shareCRM to its fullest, follow the instructions below.
To send an email campaign:
- Find an image you want to send in a shareCRM email campaign
- Click the shareCRM button on the right corner of the image
- Enter the email addresses of the clients you wish to reach, separate email by commas if adding multiple users
- Fill in the required fields including: welcome message, question you wish to ask and the A/B answers
- Click Preview to see what the campaign will look like prior to sending
- Select Send to send it off to your clients
Once your clients respond you can check out their answers from your shareCRM dashboard:
- Click on Settings and then choose Dashboard
- Click shareCRM located at the top of the page
- Click on the campaign you wish to view
- View each individual client and their responses
