How do I search for listings?

To search for listings within MIAMI RealTimeMLS, follow the steps below:

1. Click Listings on the navigation panel on the left of the screen and then click Search Listings
   
   
   
   
   
2. You can refine your search by: Location, Price range, # of bedrooms/bathrooms, Property type, Transaction type, or check off the 'MIAMI RealTimeMLS Listings Only' to view both pre-market and on-market RealTimeMLS listings by MIAMI members only.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You can also sort listings by price (highest to lowest or vice versa) and date (new to old or vice versa). See the “Sort by” menu on the right side of the page.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the blue icons to view on-market listings and learn more about the property
   
   Note: Pre-market listings will be distinguished by a pink icon placed on the map (only visible to members of the association)
   
   
   
   
   
5. Press the Grid View button on the right-hand side of the page to view listings in a grid view
   
   
   
   
   
6. Your listings will now display in Grid View
