How do I post a pre-market listing in Miami RealTimeMLS?

A few important notes about MIAMI RealTimeMLS pre-market listings:

• Pre-market listings are visible to MIAMI members only
• Pre-market listings will remain active for 48 hours
• Pre-market listings expire after 48 hours and are removed
• Removed listings are only visible to you and admins of MIAMI RealTimeMLS
• Pre-market listings convert to on market listings when you enter its MLS ID#

To post a pre-market listing, follow the steps below:

1. Start from your home screen and click + LISTING at the top of your activity feed
   
   
   
   
2. You will then be directed to the Create a Listing form - start entering your listing's property details until you get to LISTING STATUS
   
   
   
   
3. Once you get to LISTING STATUS, select PRE-MARKET (coming soon)
   
   
   
   
4. Complete the rest of the form and click SAVE 
   
   
   
   
5. Your pre-market listing has now been created
