How do I accept a connection request from another agent?

There are two ways you will be notified when another agent requests a connection with you, email notification and in-platform notification.

Follow the steps below to accept a connection request from either notification:

  1. The e-mail notification will look like this:


  2. From here you can click on the yellow View request button
  3. You will be redirected to your RESAAS account and arrive on the agent's profile page


    *Please note: If you have not signed in, the page will look like the picture below and you will need to click the Log in button to sign in


  4. Once on the agent's profile page, click Accept Connection Request


  5. OR from the in-platform notification click the bell icon and then click Accept
