[Agent] How do I update the office information?

Keeping up to date with your office details, contact information and personal website URL is important to follow up with leads within your area and answer inquiries from other agents. The email address you use when you log into BrokerOS is where we’ll send important emails like password resets and account information updates, so you’ll want this updated.  Set up your account details by following the instructions below:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner and click My dashboard


  2. Click on the My Account icon along the top of the page


  3. From the My Account page you can edit your location within the fields for Address, City State / Province, Country, and Zip / Postal Code
  4. Click Update Account Details to save your changes


  5. On the My Account page you can also change anything from the spelling of your name, email, mobile number, website URL, password and language


  6. Make sure to click Update Account Details to save any changes
