Where do I track my referral and buyer needs?

In the My Leads section you can track any incoming and outgoing referrals. Modify or withdraw a response you have made. Take a look who has responded to a referral or buyer need you have made and award it to the perfect agent. Take a look at the steps below to see how to do this:

  1. Click Leads and then My Leads

  2. Track incoming leads by clicking on the tab. Incoming leads are referrals and buyer needs posted by another agent that you have responded to.

    If you have responded to a lead in error you can withdraw your response by following these instructions from here.

  3. Track outgoing leads by clicking on the tab. Outgoing leads are referrals and buyer needs posted by you.
