In the My Leads section you can track any incoming and outgoing referrals. Modify or withdraw a response you have made. Take a look who has responded to a referral or buyer need you have made and award it to the perfect agent. Take a look at the steps below to see how to do this:
- Click Leads and then My Leads
- Track incoming leads by clicking on the tab. Incoming leads are referrals and buyer needs posted by another agent that you have responded to.
If you have responded to a lead in error you can withdraw your response by following these instructions from here.
- Track outgoing leads by clicking on the tab. Outgoing leads are referrals and buyer needs posted by you.
