How do I respond to public referral?

To respond to a public referral on the RESAAS platform, please follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the instructions to search for a lead
  2. Click the blue View button on the referral you would like to respond to

Basic Users 

To continue, users with a basic subscription will receive the message with an option to pay the $25 one-time referral response fee or upgrade to premium subscription.

To upgrade to Premium: 

Click Upgrade to Premium and enter your credit card information. Make sure to accept the terms, and click Upgrade

To pay one-time fee:

Click Pay One-time Fee and enter your credit card information. Make sure to accept the terms, and click Pay Now

Premium Users

Users with a premium subscription will receive the message below once the response has been submitted.

Association and Enterprise Users

Association and Enterprise users can respond to leads within their private association/enterprise group for free. Public leads on the wider RESAAS network will be subject to the $25 one-time referral fee for users who do not have the premium subscription.
